Detailed Description

Objects that release their notes when stopped send the note-offs in one more, empty tick after the process stops. Their stop() is only called then: an interval usually ends inside a buffer, and its last, partial tick is run after the process is stopped. Stopping them before it would release the held notes at its start, and the notes it starts would never end.
